We ship treats across the contiguous United States. Currently, we cannot deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, Canada, or PO boxes. Orders for rural routes, military bases, and universities travel via Ground. Due to travel time, orders heading to the Mountain or Pacific time zones (WA, OR, NV, CA, ID, MT, ND, SD, WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT) must use FedEx Express Overnight or 2nd Day Air.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to adjust your order? You have a 60-minute window after checkout to make updates. Please call us at (404) 245-2491 to ensure we receive your request promptly. We do not accept order modifications via email.

Freshness Guarantee

We bake with premium ingredients to ensure every bite is perfect. If your dessert doesn't arrive fresh, contact us by phone or email for an exchange or store credit. Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided or for delays caused by severe weather and external carrier issues.

We take pride in our sweets. To request a refund, please call (404) 245-2491 within one hour of your purchase. Once an order is processed, we provide store credit for future treats rather than cash or card reversals. We do not offer refunds for weather-related delays or incorrect shipping details.
