Gerald, They were very, very happy with the Red Velvet Cake, and a surprising note, the individual we especially got it for - it was his FAVORITE cake of all cakes!!!. So that was a bonus. They said it was very, very good, especially the homemade frosting with cream cheese. Everyone hates that icky surgery frosting you get from store bought cakes. So Gerald, I will be using you again!! Hi Gerald, My name is Laura L. You delivered a chocolate cake for me out in Suwanee back in November when my aunt was sick and dying from cancer. Do you remember? I never called from China to say thank you and I would like to extend that thank you to you now. From what my cousins told me the chocolate cake was superb and they found it a great tribute to their mom, my aunt. My aunt Mary was passionate about her chocolate! She was a chcoholic in the truest form!! So thank you again. My cousins held their forks high in a last “toast “ to their mom and found a lot of comfort in you delicious chocolate cake.
